Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):

Since our inception in 2012, Even & Odd Minds has been giving from its time & profits for charitable causes. Even & Odd Minds CSR strategy and vision is to positively contribute to all the areas of life of people it touches.

• Environmental: We are passionate about protecting our planet and conserving natural resources for future generations. It shows in our efforts in beach cleanups, recycling and purchasing decisions.
• Human Rights and Ethics: Treating everyone with fairness, dignity, and respect and operating ethically are core values that we uphold through our policies and actions. 
• Diversity and Inclusion: We are committed to building inclusiveness across our employees and society, with a focus on empowering women, inclusion & diversity.

How we execute our CSR strategy :

Our employees  engage in meaningful activities that directly provide tangible benefits to our communities.

We together as a company support and participate in donating time and profits to the social causes  including recommending organizations we support.

   We’ve Pledged 1% :

EOMinds is a proud member of the “Pledge 1%” initiative and donates 1% of its profits to charitable causes.

In 2018, Even & Odd Minds joined organizations around the world in committing our time and resources to integrating philanthropy into our business culture by taking the 1% Pledge [Pledge1Percent.Org].  As such, we’ve worked hard to create opportunities for our employees that are meaningful, purposeful, and give back to our community in ways that impact causes close to our hearts.
