Job Description

The Business Development Manager is responsible for growing the IT staffing business.

This position works with Technical Recruiters to fulfill open job orders while consulting key decision makers in the hiring process. We are looking for someone who wants a long term future and will be rewarded with equity for achieving targets and tenure.

  • Identifies and secures new and existing client relationships via phone, email, in-person meetings, and other methods.
  • Markets services to fulfill human capital needs in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions within Information Technology.
  • Consults hiring managers in the selection process
  • Manages open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
  • Collaborates with teammates to fill open positions and cross-sell other lines of business
  • Markets candidates for open positions and to win new business.


  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT staffing sales/business development
  • Must have achieved over 5-6M in annual revenue OR over 1M in annual margin.
  • Must have existing relationship's with executive level contacts for immediate leverage.
  • You have a history of exceeding individual goals while enhancing winning teams.
  • You have a stellar work ethic & unparalleled sense of commitment.
  • You have a knack for solving problems in ways nobody thought of.
